The national Democratic Party is launching a TV ad criticizing Gov. Mark Sanford for rejecting $700 million in federal economic stimulus money reserved for South Carolina. Sanford along with Texas Governor Rick Perry, are turning down millions of dollars in badly needed financial aid for the residents of their states.
