Kudos for your heartfelt post, sir. Possibly one of the greatest problems in this issue is, as you stated, too many too concerned with what happens behind the closed doors of a bedroom. Whether hetero- homosexual, besides the fact that it is absolutely no-one’s business on either side of that particular fence, as with any couple…married, domestic parteners different/same-sex…that is private as well as only a very small part of each 24hrs. in any of our lives. How we conduct our relationships, treat each other and our loved ones, friends, colleagues, how we raise our children, apply our best to work, society, our very lives is what should be important. I don’t subscribe to religious affiliations nor the bible. I adhere to the spiritual, the sacred, the divine and, in doing so, have never forgotten my childhood Sunday School teaching “There abideth faith, hope, love and the greatest of these is Love.” Seems that in so many areas of life, society, too many of us have forgotten this.
