The Bible spoke of greed more than it did homosexuality, yet that is what the Republican party is all about. A true Christian helps the poor, would support universal healthcare and welfare programs. a true Christian would fix the abortion issue by actually helping the poor who can't afford to carry the babies. The Christian right are like the Jehovah's Witnesses, they are nothing more than a cult masquerading as God. I praise God, I read the Bible, I do not praise politicians and worship through politics like the so called "Christian" right do. I used to be a conservative Christian (i am biracial) but I realized these people were against my existence, and worse, were very ignorant to other peoples beliefs...I had to leave, this is why I don't believe in organized religion, you just can't trust these people. With the "love of money" being the root of all evil, as described in the Bible, one clearly sees what has happened. This country has become as t he "money changers" in the temple and God would throw them out. These so-called Christians are Christians so long as someone doesn't mess with their money or their profits then to Hell with Christian values. That's the real story of whats happening in America.
