Sarah Palin Blames Everyone Else for her Failures

Governor Sarah Palin continues to open her mouth and insert her foot.  She is a typical Republican, but she learned from the best about not taking responsibility for her own actions.  America has had a President for the last 8 years who NEVER MADE A MISTAKE and he blames the media for his actions too.

Ms Palin continues to state she has been unfairly treated by the press.  She stated Caroline Kennedy is being treated differently because of ‘class’ issues.  She complains Katie Couric and Tina Fey have been ‘capitalizing on’ and ‘exploiting’ her.

She is probably right, she is also directly responsible for the way she has and is being viewed.

Sarah, ‘I can see Russia from my house’ believes that gave her foreign affairs experience.  This was the comment by Tina Fey on SNL. Actually, when asked by Charlie Gibson, Sarah replied “They’re our next door neighbors and you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska, from an island in Alaska”.

Sarah, when asked about the infamous Bush Doctrine, to attack, without just cause or provocation, any nation Bush wanted to attack, did not know about the Bush Doctrine.

Sarah, ‘I read all newspapers that are put in front of me’ could not name any publication where she could stay informed about current events in the United States and abroad.

Poor Sarah, the right wing’s beauty queen who incited Americans to riot based on many comments to incite fear about President Obama being a terrorist.

Sarah, who supports ‘abstinence’, said she was treated unfairly when her own under age daughter became pregnant and was not married.  Of course this is the same Sarah who would cast stones at everyone else for the way they lead their lives.

In truth, Sarah’s media problems are hers to own.  She created them, she fostered them.  What does one think would be the result of someone running for the second highest office in the world, presenting herself as a ‘hockey mom’, catering to ‘Joe six-pack’.   Her inane and untutored remarks to simple questions which could have been answered by most any Middle American, demonstrated ignorance not conducive to national public office.

Sarah lacks the intelligence, the knowledge, the wisdom, the finesse, the character and the demeanor to be taken seriously as a national leader.  She prefers to ‘wink’ rather than study and prepare for national debates.  She ignored the rules, avoided discussing real issues, danced around serious questions, and had no serious plans to address the issues facing Americans, (which were created by her own party).

Sarah continues to look for a scapegoat.  Comparing herself to Caroline Kennedy is one of the stupidest comments she has made.  The Kennedy Family whether one likes them or not, has been under the microscope for more than 40 years.  They demonstrate class, intelligence and wisdom and are respected by most Americans, both Democrats and Republicans. Sarah Palin will never possess the qualities of the Kennedys’, an no amount of lipstick or fancy clothes will make her into a serious leader Americans can believe in.

If Sarah wants this scrutiny of her to stop, then SHE should stop speaking and get ‘out of the kitchen if she cannot stand the heat’!

Can anyone seriously believe Sarah Palin would have a clue about addressing the challenging needs of a country, especially those not witnessed since the great depression?

Sarah, good luck with your book, I am sure you will make a fortune when it is published.  I can see all the ‘Joe Plumbers’ lining up now to purchase it.  Trouble is, most Americans could care less as they struggle to keep their jobs, their homes and their families together.  Of course you would never know what I am referring to.

  1. Many thanks for your response. Correct, it was Tiny Fey who made the ‘see Russia’ comment. What Sarah actually said to Charlie Gibson was “They’re our next door neighbors and you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska, from an island in Alaska.” I stand corrected on this point, and modified by article. All the best to you for 2009.

  2. Certainly agree with your post (and I did enjoy Tina Fey’s portrayal of Ms. Palin!) although, then, I couldn’t help but feel she was a lamb to the slaughter. Not that I favoured McCain in any way but never did fathom why he tapped her for possible Veep, that before he even introduced her to the country, he couldn’t see what it took no time for most of the country to figure out? He’s much smarter than that…I should hope. As for the question asked by Katie Couric, re the papers Ms. Palin read…!!!??? Like you, I could not believe what I never heard. Not one…she couldn’t mention one? At any rate, since the campaigning and election have been over, at this point I can’t even feel sorry for her. She needs to give up, stay where she is and leave any thoughts of federal office to her dreams.
